In reply to Lara. I made this last night, and not including the browning, which I did in a pan on the stove, it took a total of two hours and 15 minutes to cook everything. That includes time to come up to pressure cook for the times in the recipe and naturally released both times. The only change that I made was to increase the second cook with the vegetables from 1 minute to 3 minutes.

Sounds mega yummy. How much actual cook time (sauté, come to pressure, cook time, release)? I’m assuming 2 days, 12 hours is a misprint. lol
