I’ve never had to diet before, but as I have started menopause weight has started coming on. I’ve had some physical injuries from working out and surgery, so it’s been hard to keep weight off. I appreciate you sharing your blog and helpful ideas and recipes. I also have a son who has Cerebral Palsy and reading about brain issues with children with epilepsy, I’m going to get him on the diet as well. He is 21 so has stopped growing.
