Job Description
Part time role providing support and reporting to the Sales Manager. Based in Leeds 3, near to the University campus.
Duties and responsibilities
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
• Preparing suits for delivery
• Processing orders
• Sending meeting confirmations using Outlook
• Unpacking deliveries
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
• Assisting with database management
• Liaising with accounting and head office
• Undertaking other ad hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience
• G.C.S.E Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Some basic computer skills
• Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook experience preferable but not essential
• Enjoy working as part of a team along with ability to work alone
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
